Excalibur Cats

If you are interested in a kitten from Excalibur Cats please first take a few moments and fill out our questionnaire. This will get the process started and help us to get to know each other better before you settle on a specific kitten.

Visits to our cattery are by appointment only and need to be scheduled in advance. Please keep in mind that we try to limit the amount of outside exposure to our kittens in order to keep them healthy and this is one of the most important things to us. To that end visits to the cattery are limited to families that we have already spoken with and are seriously interested in one of our kittens.

Kittens are usually ready to go their new homes at 12-14 weeks; kittens being shipped will be available at 16-20 weeks. At this time they have established their own independence and have been spayed or neutered. All kittens will be spayed or neutered before going to their new home. Deposits

Once you choose a kitten you can place that kitten on hold with a deposit of $150. This deposit is nonrefundable, but may be transferred. Deposits will be accepted once the kittens are around 4 weeks of age. I accept cash, money order, check, and Paypal for deposits. If you decide to use Paypal, 3% will be added in order to cover the transaction fee. The Paypal link is to the left on this page.

Please do not send a deposit until we have spoken and agreed upon the kitten of your choice!

Pricing

Pet Quality - The majority of kittens fall into this category. These kittens are wonderful new additions to a family. They may have slight imperfections that would keep them from the show ring, but they have all of the wonderful Ragdoll personality!

Pet kittens start at $650

Show Quality - Occasionally we may have show alters available. These babies meet all of the breed standards in terms of form, color, and pattern. Of course they have the wonderful temprament as well! Potential show kittens will not be confirmed until they are older in order to best see how they will develop.

Show Alter kittens start at $1000

Shipping

Shipping is available. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs; these include airfare, crate, and health certificate. Costs vary by location. Travel by airline is subject to weather guidelines. There are also several companies that offer pet transportation options with door-to-door service.
